By placing an order either via our website, or by telephone, you are accepting our terms and conditions in full.

All of our goods/products/hair extensions are sold on the understanding that they will be used only for their intended purpose. All products sold by Studio58 Hair Ltd are intended for use only by trained hair extension technicians. We do not advise the use of any of our products by anyone without a professional hair extension qualification & suitable liability insurance.

Studio58 accept no responsibility for any issues arising as a result of hair that has been fitted &/or maintained by a non qualifed/insured person
All products on our website are subject to stock availability and Studio58 Hair Extensions reserves the right to restrict or refuse any order at any time. We take great care to show correct descriptions and specifications for all our products and these descriptions and specifications, whilst given as a guide and in good faith, are subject to alteration by us without notice.

We strongly recommend purchasing a Studio58 Hair Extensions colour ring - if customers choose colours without the use of a Studio58 colour ring we accept no responsibility for a colour mismatch. Stock on our website is allocated on a 'first-come-first-served' basis once your order reaches us. We do not guarantee the availability of any item or product. 
Studio58 Hair extensions are a natural consumable product and quality issues, although unlikely, could occur on rare occasions. If the correct steps are followed (correct aftercare and Studio58 aftercare products purchased along with hair) and the hair is deemed faulty after testing by us, we will offer replacement hair but will not offer any form of refund for products or fitting charges incurred by any individual.   

The colouring process is carried out with great care, and although unlikely, minor variations in colour can occur from batch to batch.


Colouring of Studio58 hair extensions is not recommended.

Any colouring of Studio58 hair extensions is done entirely at the risk of the individual concerned. Results may not always be as expected, and any hair extensions that have been coloured or had their original colour altered in any way will not be accepted for return or refund.

Colouring of our hair extensions may not only affect the longevity of the hair itself, but can have a detrimental effect on the hair bonds causing them to soften and weaken, or causing tape adhesive to be compromised.

Similarly, any product that has the potential to alter the tone/colour of hair extensions (i.e purple/silver shampoo) are again used entirely at the customers own risk.

Fitting Of Studio58 Hair Extensions

Our hair extensions should only ever be fitted by a qualified and insured hair extension professional.

The correct fitting of hair extensions is a highly skilled process, and to this end no attempt should be made to either fit Studio58 hair extensions yourself, or to have them fitted by a non qualified individual.

If any attempt is made to fit Studio58 hair extensions yourself, or a fitting is undertaken by a non qualifed/insured individual, Studio58 accept no responsibility for premature loss of extensions, or other issues such as damage to your own hair &/or scalp.

Order Dispatch/Shipping Services

We do our utmost to ensure that orders received up until 2pm (Mon to Frid) are dispatched the same day. However, there may be rare occasions when circumstances outside our control prevent this. If we dispacth your order MORE than 1 day late (2 days from the date of your payment being received) we will refund your shipping costs in full. Orders dispatched only 1 day after purchase will not have shipping costs refunded. Orders must be received, and paid for, by 2pm in order to be dispatched the same day. Any orders after 2pm will be sent the next working day. 'Working' days for the purposes of order dispatch/delivery are Mon-Frid.

Please note that Saturday courier delivery is for orders that are desptached on a Friday only.

Our 'next day' tracked delivery service is NOT guaranteed. Despite over 99.5% of parcels being delivered on time, there are occasions where this does not happen (typically during very busy periods such as the lead up to Christmas). If a delivery using our next day service is MORE than 1 day late (2+ days) then we will happily refund customers shipping costs, for deliveries delivered after 2 days no refund will be offered. 

Studio58 reserve the right to change delivery options available without notice &/or change a customers shipping method to a comparable service.

Studio58 offer a number of shipping options for UK, Europe & The Rest Of The World. Please note that any Royal Mail 'standard' services are NOT TRACKED and have a maximum compensation of £20 GBP in the rare event of a package going missing. Services with no tracking are primarily intended for orders of lower value - customers should choose the appropriate service for the value of their purchase. Studio58 will not compensate customers more than £20 if they do not choose a fully tracked shipping service.

Any claims for 'lost' packages can only be submitted a minimum of 10 days after the expected delivery date

If customers have opted for the tracked courier services, upon dispatch customers will receive a text message &/or email with their tracking information. This will also enable customers to change many aspects of the delivery themselves, if they so wish, once the package is in transit. Full tracking services may not be available to some worldwide destinations.

We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays or Sundays

No compensation for loss of income will be provided for any orders that are delivered late due to a Courier, Royal Mail or Studio58 Limited error.

  • Pay in 30 days: The payment period is 30 days from shipment of the goods or digital service.
  • Slice it: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly instalments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. 

Hot Environments/Holidays With Hair Extensions

Hot environments, and the lifestyle that is typically undertaken whilst on holiday, can have a very detrimental effect on hair extensions. We do not recommend the wearing of your hair extensions whilst on holiday. Doing so is entirely at a customers own risk, and we accept no responsibility for the detrimental effects that chlorine, sea water, sun tan cream and iron oxide (contained in hard water systems) may have on your extensions &/or extension bonds.

Iron oxide is found in hard water along with hotel boiler and water filtration systems. This sits in the hair, then when the hair comes in contact with chlorine (swimming pool) or salts (sea water) will cause the iron to oxidise. This can result in the hair extensions turning an orange or pinky tone.

Weights & Measures

Weights and quantities stated on our website (for example hair weight, quantites of rings and tubes) may have a discrepancy of +/- 5-7%. Hair extensions are a hand made item - therefore discrepencies in weight can occur from one batch to another.

Chargeback Policy

We reserve the right to cancel, and refund in full, any order received from a customer who has initiated a charge back against any goods previously purchased from Studio58 Limited. This is to protect Studio58 Limited from repeat claims of alleged faulty goods, resulting in a customer being refunded by their card company whilst also keeping the goods. 

 Overseas Orders

 We accept orders from overseas. Please note that any import duty payable is the responsibility of the purchaser.

If a parcel is refused by a customer the return shipping costs for the items to be returned to Studio58 will be born by the customer, and any original shipping costs will also be deducted from any refund.

Overseas orders must choose the correct International shipping option - failure to do so may delay dispatch of your order. Please also choose carefully the shipping service your require for the value of your order - shipping that offers no tracking is primarily intended for orders of low value. If you choose a non-tracked shipping service the maximum compensation available, in the rare event of a parcel being lost, is £20 GBP.

Please note we are unable to ship removal solution outside of the UK mainland as it can result in you parcel being detained in customs for a considerable amount of time   


 Prices and any special offers are correct at the time of goods being displayed on our website but are subject to alteration without prior notification. Prices are displayed without and with VAT added.

Trade Accounts

Studio58 offer trade accounts to technicians/salons who have an accredited hair extension qualification. Trade discount is 10-15% depending on your monthly spend.

Trade codes are allocated strictly to the named person on the application. Under no circumstances are trade codes to be passed onto a 3rd party.

Studio58 reserve the right to pursue any 3rd party for monies gained as a result of using a code not allocated to them.

Studio58 reserve the right to cancel a trade code without notice.

Complaints Procedure

If hair extensions appear faulty due to quality issues, the fault must be reported to Studio58 within 30 days of receipt of the goods, this is due to human hair extensions being a consumable item during wear. Any genuine fault with the hair extensions or bonds will manifest itself well within this period of time. We are unable to investigate any alleged quality issues if more than 30 days has passed since the date of purchase

To log a complaint regarding any Studio58 product please contact by email to or use our online chat option.

If our terms and conditions of sale have been met then you will be emailed a link to our online complaints form to complete. The complaints form must be completed truthfully, and in full. Upon receipt of the completed complaints form Studio58 will respond in writing within 7 working days with the next step in resolving your complaint.   

Studio58 hair extensions should be fitted by a fully qualified hair extension technician. Studio58 reserve the right to ask for evidence of qualifications to fit hair extensions, and that you provided or were provided with a consultation prior to the fitting of the hair extensions.

Goods are not considered faulty if their condition deteriorates as a result of poor hair management or poor application of extensions.

We only recommend the use of Studio58 aftercare products on all hair within the Studio58 range. Aftercare products (shampoo, conditioner & heat protection) should be purchased either with, or within 7 days, of the hair purchase. Alleged hair quality, keratin bond issues, tape extension adhesion issues will not be investigated unless the recommended Studio58 specialist aftercare has been purchased. We refuse the right for a refund if Studio58 aftercare products have not been purchased, or if the hair has been fitted by a non-qualified individual. Studio58 reserve the right to ask for evidence of professional accreditation to safely and efficiently fit hair extensions in the method that the complaint relates to.

If Studio58 aftercare products are not purchased, resulting in poor hair performance (premature dryness, tangling, matting, keratin bond breakdown, premature loss of the extensions), Studio58 will not be responsible for any costs incurred to rectify any issues arising. This includes new hair purchase, re-tipping of bonds that have broken down, or hair fitting/labour costs.

Please do not return any alleged faulty product without completing our complaints form first. Once your complaint has been assessed by a member of management you will be contacted by email with our findings. Only at this point, if our terms and conditions of sale have been met, should any alledged faulty product be returned for Studio58 to investigate your complaint further.

Hair Longevity & Behaviour 

All times quoted on the website for how long the respective hair can last are based on correct aftercare products (Studio58 products only) and a suitable lifestyle and aftercare routine. These quoted times ARE NOT GUARANTEED due to the consumable nature of hair extensions and factors that can affect them during wear. The times quoted are based on Studio58 testing of the hair, and are based on our findings of how long the hair CAN last with correct product usage and care routine.

With the purchase of Studio58 aftercare products (shampoo, conditioner and heat protection) we guarantee the hair for a period of 1 month from the date of purchase. Due to the consumable nature of hair extensions, we offer no guarantee after the 1 month period. This includes the hair itself AND the keratin bonds.

Please note that as human hair extensions are an organic product there may be variances from one batch to another with regards how the hair behaves when being worn, washed and styled. This can mean that hair may not always hold a curl as well as a previous purchase, or hair may take on a natural wave despite straightening during styling.

This is simply because hair comes from different donors, whose hair will have its own characteristics, and will be processed in the factory to a straight texture. 

Online Course Complaints

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your accredited online course please contact in the first instance either via email to or by telephone on 0800 158 5620

You will be emailed a link to our complaints from to complete. Upon receipt of the completed complaints form a member of the management team will review your greviance and respond within 7 working days with a suitable solution.

If you still remain unhappy with the response and solution from the management team, we will escalate your complaint to one of the business owners to investigate further and offer a suitable solution.

PLEASE NOTE - Online Courses are non-refundable due to the digital resources (videos & training manuals/resources) that are supplied. Partial refunds will be given if a course with kits supplied is purchased, but the cost of digital resources is non refundable. Purchase of the course does NOT guarantee a pass and issuing of an accredited certificate. Strict standards are applied to the assessment procedure, to ensure the quality and integrity of the online courses are maintained. Students may resubmit as many times as they wish, but multiple submissions does not guarantee a pass, unless the require standard of work is reached.


 Under the Consumer Rights Directive you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 working days from the day/date that you receive your order. We must receive notification of your wish to cancel your order, in writing by email to or by post to Studio58 Hair Limited, Unit 21, Breadstone Business Centre, Berkeley, GL13 9HF. All goods must be returned unused and must fit for re-sale (all hair MUST be in the original bindings), postage costs will not be refunded for this - return postage costs are sole responsibility of the buyer.

If an exchange is required, unless the original goods were faulty, then postage costs for an exchange to be shipped are also the responsibility of the customer

Please note - we are happy for hair order to be opened to look at colours, but any returned hair must still be in the original bindings and be in a perfect re-saleable condition. Hair not in the original binding &/or in poor condition will be returned to the customer at the customers expense

Proof of original purchase (Studio58 packing slip - or a copy of) must be contained within the returned package. An online returns form must also be completed.

We advise return of goods using a trackable and signed for service - Studio58 Hair Limited accept no responsibilty for any returned items lost in transit.

If wishing to exchange an order either in part or full, Studio58 will not send out any items without receiving the returned goods first.

If a refund is required this will be processed within 14 days of our receiving the goods.

Returns Address - An online returns form must be completed before returning any order

Return postage costs for all returned items, regardless of circumstance, must be met in full by the customer. If an item is being returned for an exchange, the return postage costs and the postage costs to send out the new exchanged item must be met by the buyer.

Due to health and hygeine, a refund or exchange will only be accepted if the original packaging remains unopened. Any hair that has been removed from the original packaging &/or bindings will not be eligible for return.

If hair extensions appear faulty due to quality issues, the fault must be reported to Studio58 Hair Limited within 1 month of the purchase date due to human hair being a consumable item during wear. Studio58 Hair Limited will not in any circumstances accept hair for testing unless their is evidence of Studio58 Hair Limited aftercare products (shampoo, conditioner and heat protection as a minimum) being purchased either at the time of hair purchase, or in the 7 day period before or after the hair purchase.

We require any alleged faulty hair to be sent back in full for testing. Hair must be received by us within 7 days of reporting the problem. If no fault is present, or the hair has been damaged in any way by the customer due to poor application, application by an unqualified person, aftercare or incorrect aftercare products, or coloured the goods will be returned to the customer and no refund or replacement will be provided. 
We recommend only the use of our own brand hair care products on all of our extensions. Hair quality issues will not be investigated if Studio58 aftercare products have not been used. Aftercare products must be purchased at the time of the purchase of the hair extensions themselves, or within 7 days before or after the hair purchase. This aftercare purchase must consist of a 250ml Studio58 shampoo, 250ml Studio58 conditioner and heat protection product as a minimum - heat damage is one of the most common causes of hair extensions longevity being compromised, and off the shelf non-specialist heat protection can often contain short chain alcohols that are very drying for hair extensions, and will also compromise the integrity of the bonds. Heat styling, or exposure to heat, without the correct (or wrong) heat protection product can negate any benefits arising from the correct shampoo and conditioner.

Any hair returned to be tested for alleged quality issues must be accompanied by original proof of purchase for both the hair extensions and the aftercare products.
Refunds or exchanges given for alleged faulty hair extensions will only be given to the equivalent or value of hair received by us. When purchasing goods from Studio58 Hair Extensions, you agree to abide by our Terms & Conditions of Sale.

Terms & Conditions Specific To Nano Ring Hair Purchase

Customers who purchase nano ring hair extensions need to be aware that on occasion they may find that the keratin adhesive holding the wire tip has become compromised due to general 'wear and tear', and the hair extension strand will fall away leaving just the ring and wire tip in the clients hair.

This is not a fault of the hair or manufacturing process, it is simply a by product of the nano ring method and, although rare, is the nature of the product and how it has to be manufactured. It is not possible to ensure that the area where the wire tip inserts into the keratin adhesive is completely closed off in 100% of all instances, with the result being that moisture (water, shampoo, conditioner, styling products, sweat, sebum from scalp) can penetrate some tips internally thereby compromising their 'grip' on the wire tip.

It is perfectly normal to expect to replace up to one pack (20 strands) of nano hair at the 6-10 week rotation maintenance appointment, due to some bonds becoming compromised.

Studio58 will happily accept any strands back for testing if an excessive number of bonds (over 20 full head or 10-15 half head fitting) become compromised within the first 6 weeks after purchase (provided aftercare has been purchased), however, after the 6 week period we will not accept any hair that has a compromised bond even if correct aftercare has been purchased. 

Please be aware that if hair is to be sent to Studio58 for testing we reserve the right to request proof of your professional qualification to fit the specific method in question

Terms & Conditions Specific To Custom Orders

Please note - as custom orders are a 'bespoke/personalised' item that are manufactured specifically for each customer based on their choice of length and colour (rather than being dispatched from our stock hair in the UK) then they are excluded from our normal hair returns process & terms. Once the order has been placed with the factory then refunds or returns are not possible unless the goods are faulty.

Electrical Goods

Electrical goods come with a 6 month warranty.

If they develop a fault within 6 months we will replace (or alternatively refund if no stock is available). 

Any machine/connector that has been tampered with in any way (attempted repair) or that is returned incomplete (lead, plugs or parts missing) will invalidate the warranty entirely.

Studio58 Company Disclaimer

Due to the lack of control we have over application of products, and operation of any equipment purchased from us, Studio58 Hair Extensions cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any damage or injury caused to third parties. The purchaser must determine if the products are suitable for their particular requirements, and that all products are to be used for professional use only. Studio58 Hair Extensions do not accept any responsibility for hair that has been coloured or altered in any way after purchase.

Email Marketing/Text Marketing

The email address &/or mobile telephone number you enter to receive notification of order status updates, and courier tracking details, may also be used from time to time by Studio58 Hair Limited and any companies operated by Studio58 to send you emails containing information you may find of interest.

Studio58 never passes on or sells your personal information to any other companies.

These emails contain a 'unsubscribe' link, or you can contact us directly at to request removal from our email marketing lists.
